These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyListZone ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the MyListZone website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
MyListZone is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Users under 13 may not create an account or use the Service. If local law requires a higher minimum age (such as 16 in certain EEA jurisdictions without parental consent), those local requirements apply. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, if you have been previously suspended or removed from the Service, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is restricted.
By using MyListZone, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all registration information you submit is accurate and current.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We use Better Auth to manage authentication and session security. Sign-in methods may include Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, X (Twitter) Login, and email and password when available. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
The Service allows you to create, upload, publish, and share content, including reviews, ratings, lists, comments (when available), notes, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant us below.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
We do not endorse User Content and are not obligated to monitor it. We reserve the right to remove or restrict User Content at our discretion.
You may create public or private lists, write reviews, and organize media in ways that reflect your personal preferences. Public lists and reviews may be visible to other users and indexed within the Service.
Reviews and list descriptions must be original or properly attributed. Do not copy substantial content from other sources without permission.
We may feature, promote, or display your public User Content within the Service to highlight community contributions.
Personal ratings you assign to media items are stored in your account and may be used to personalize recommendations and statistics shown to you.
Aggregate rating data may be displayed in anonymized or aggregated form. Your individual ratings are not presented as professional critiques or endorsements by MyListZone.
Manipulation of ratings through bots, duplicate accounts, or coordinated activity is prohibited.
MyListZone is built for enthusiasts who share a passion for movies, TV, anime, games, books, and related media. We expect all users to contribute to a respectful, welcoming environment.
You agree not to post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing, and attempts to manipulate platform features are prohibited. Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
The Service, including the MyListZone name, logos, branding, user interface, design, software, and underlying database structure, is owned by or licensed to MyListZone and protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or right is granted to you in our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant MyListZone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Movie, TV, game, and book metadata shown on MyListZone is sourced from third-party providers. Trademarks, logos, cover art, posters, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. MyListZone does not claim ownership of third-party catalog data or media artwork.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on MyListZone infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated contact using the procedure below.
To submit a valid notice, email legal@mylistzone.com with the following information:
Required notice information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
A description of the allegedly infringing material and its location on MyListZone (URL or other sufficient detail).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the user who posted it. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@mylistzone.com with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, and your signature.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including metadata providers (TMDB, IGDB, and Open Library), authentication providers (Google OAuth, Facebook Login, and X Login), analytics (Google Analytics 4), trailer embeds (YouTube), and other external tools.
These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
Your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk. We may add, modify, or discontinue integrations at any time without notice.
We strive to keep MyListZone available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Beta features, experimental tools, and preview functionality may be offered on an "as is" basis and may change or be removed without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Service, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
You may delete your account from Account Settings. Deleted accounts enter a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion.
We may also take action to protect the security and integrity of the Service, including removing content or limiting features. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of suspension, but we are not required to do so in all cases.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that content is accurate or complete, or that defects will be corrected. Media metadata, recommendations, and user-generated content are provided for informational purposes only.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In such cases, the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLISTZONE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable consumer protection rights that cannot be waived, you agree that the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Service or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

Social Login
You may sign in using third-party identity providers, including Google Login, Facebook Login, and X (Twitter) Login. When you use social login, we receive certain profile information from the provider as permitted by your account settings and the provider's policies.
Your use of social login is also subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of identity providers.
You may disconnect a social login method from your account settings, subject to maintaining at least one valid sign-in method where required.
